Question: - I get an error when trying to download a free ringtone
Answer: - The midi file may not work with your phone if it is too big, or the phone is not compatible or there is a problem with your network (Verizon Wireless have been known to place restrictions).
Question: - You have MMF and MID ringtones which should I use?
Answer: - Most phones are ok with .mid ringtones but some like the Samsung T100 and others only take MMF, we suggest you try both.
Question: - What types of mobile phone can be used with the free ringtones on this site?
Answer: - The ringtones are available in .mid and .mmf format, if your phone works with either of these then they should work on your phone, if there are problems we will try to help, but as they are free there is a limit to how much support we can give.
Question: - What is the cost to download the free ringtones on this site?
Answer: - You will have to pay your Wap costs imposed by your network, there is no charge for the free content on this site by us.
